About this episode:

There is this massive misconception out there that in order to meditate regularly (not just when life is jolly) that you're doing it "wrong" if your mind is busy or you catch yourself "thinking too much".

There is also a bit of a story people tell themselves about not having enough time. I am going to call a loving BS here and say - it's not a priority and that you absolutely have time if you are making time to scroll the gram + read my post (thank you - keep doing that).

In this episode I am joined by Janoah Van Kekem - speaker, meditation teacher and mindset facilitator for a juicy discussion on all things meditation, mindset and meaning.

This episode is for the skeptics, the start-stop meditators and for the self-labelled "bad meditators"...or perhaps it's for those of you who need a little injection of inspo to get back into your daily dose of Meditation.
