Sonya is a passionate and down-to-earth Nutritionist and Life Coach with over 14 years industry experience. During this time in the natural health industry, Sonya has held numerous roles including training, presenting, and writing for both the general public and Practitioners.

Sonya practices from Studio You (www.studio-you.com.au) a busy multi-modality clinic in Sydney’s Birchgrove which was named ATMS Clinic of the year 2019.

Sonya’s specialties include the Ketogenic diet and its potential applications, with clinical experience using the Ketogenic diet in Fat loss and Epilepsy.

She is also loves working with Paediatric patients with digestive complaints, most specifically with finding the underlying causes of constipation.

As a parent of a child with additional needs Sonya is passionate about helping these families live their best lives by using food, vitamins and minerals as therapy.

Moira Bradfield, the founder of Intimate Ecology clinical and education services, is a Naturopath, Acupuncturist, and educator with over 19 years of clinical experience. She has a passion for helping people experience optimal health in sustainable and sensible ways.

Clinically she has a niche interest in recurrent vaginal infections, optimal vaginal and genitourinary health, hormones and the vaginal microbiome (the bacteria and microbes that reside in the vaginal cavity).

Moira holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy Southern Cross University, a Masters degree in Acupuncture from Southern Cross University, and is a Ph.D. Candidate at Griffith University, Australia: her clinical trial is focussing on an intervention to reduce the incidence of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis.

In addition to her role as a Naturopath in private clinical practice, Moira has lectured in Naturopathy, biosciences, and nutrition both overseas and in Australia.

Jin is an osteopath & psychosomatic therapist based in Wanaka New Zealand. She is the founder of the MetaMed clinics in Wanaka and Queenstown- holistic and integrative osteopathy and chiropractic clinics.

Jin is obsessed with the mind-body connection and how your physical body is a manifestation of your emotional state. She believes that many people can return to or remain in a state of health, wellness and fulfillment when they learn to become more aware and listen to their bodies.

She also hosts The Art Of Listening To Your Body Podcasts. She loves to dig deep, speak about the unspoken , and help people process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life they truly want. Jin works with people with complex physical and emotional conditions in a 1:1 online setting as well as runs an online group training program for practitioners called Emotional Body Training- to help empower more practitioners with the knowledge of how to read the body and understand where emotions get stuck in the body, how to trigger emotional release, as well as learning to hold space for clients when the release happens.

Jin is mum to a 5 year old violet who was born at home by lotus birth, supported by her wonderful partner. She sees motherhood as an amazing transition time that can birth not only a baby but incredible ideas.
